FAQ
Our Tents
*all tents are made of 100% unbleached organic cotton canvas
*easy to set up and collapse similar to an umbrella for easy storage
*each tent is apx. 5 ft tall and we make them in 2 sizes:
3.5ft across (small - great for one little) and 4.5ft across (large - perfect for 2 or more littles or if Mama/Dad want to enjoy the teepee too)
*we use 6ft Hemlock poles
*our fabric is a mix of vintage and new, and we have very limited quantities of each fabric. If you see something you like, please message me as we sell out quickly
Delivery
Each tent is made to order and will be ready for shipment 2-3 weeks after your order. Once your play tent is complete and ready to send, you will receive an email that it has shipped and should get to you within 3-7 business days.
Shipping
We provide a flat shipping rate of $12 within Canada. Shipping includes tent, poles, flag bunting and rope to tie it with. For international (US) orders please inquire via email.
Returns
Because each of our play tents are handmade we cannot accept returns. Although we are confident that our goods will arrive in perfect condition, we ask you to notify us within 2 days of receipt of any defects, or damage that you may notice.
Safety & Care
Spot clean only is recommended.
Our tents can be enjoyed outdoors, however they should not be left out in the weather.
We believe that all children have a right to play, especially imaginative play, and whilst our play tents have been designed with safety in mind, it is recommended that children under the age of 3 are supervised during play at all times.
